Welcome to our leadership page! This is home to things such as the leadership process checklist, our sports' checklists, and our feedback form!
Our Outing Club consists of MANY sports! If you are interested in becoming a leader in one of them, you should check out two things on this page. First, go to the leadership process checklist, to see what needs to get done before you become a leader. After you've read that, go check out the sport's checklist, to see the necessary skills you need to be proficient at prior to leadership. The sport's checklist varies from sport to sport so be sure to check the one you are interested in.
For all other sports besides paddleboarding, front-country hiking leadership is additional to the current sport you are mock leading for. Example: Climbing leaders are also front-country leaders. So they need to be competent in BOTH checklists.
As for our feedback form, it is completely ANONYMOUS. So feel free to write whatever you are feeling, want to see in the club, or some constructive feedback! We are 100% student run and we are always trying to improve:)
