☀️ February Morning Practice – get support to meditate each morning in community ☀️
Starting tomorrow, Feb 1st, join six up and coming meditation teachers and a supportive community for live guided practice each morning.
For the whole month we’ll travel together on a journey to nurture a clear mind and a strong heart. We’ll cover the essential techniques — how to sit, be with our bodies, minds and difficult emotions, develop compassion for ourselves, and meet each moment with wonder and freshness. Each day you’ll also have the option to stay on to get some coaching on any challenges with your practice. All experience levels welcome!
This is for you if:
- You want support to establish and stick to a daily meditation practice
- You are longing to be in regular contemplative / spiritual community with others
- You are looking for ways to deepen or spice up your meditation practice
Details:
Monday – Fridays, 8:00 – 8:30 am ET, Saturday 9 – 9:30 AM ET, all of February.
