If you know of other opportunities send them my way to add ;)
1. North Country Camps, Adirondacks: We are seeking staff members for the 2021 season who are interested in working with children in a rustic, community-based setting. NCC typically has about 170 campers each summer, ages 9-15. Our season is 7+ weeks. We focus heavily on wilderness trips in the Adirondacks (hiking, backpacking, canoeing, rock climbing, etc.) from 1 to 5 days in length. We have extensive in-camp programming revolving around building skills and community. We also offer paid internships. Contact Jen Livingston (Whippoorwill) and Doug Furman (Lincoln) at
directors@northcountrycamps.com to get more information or to request a link to our staff application.
2. Camp Merrowvista, NH: A holistic summer camp aimed at bringing kids from every background, culture, religion, and walk of life together for an intentional outdoor experience to grow and foster individuality, authenticity, and community. Through outdoor trips in the White Mountains and surrounding areas, daily self reflections, and group activities, the campers get to experience the outdoors while creating last connections to other people and the land. Now limiting the summer session to 3-weeks, this is a unique job that could be partnered with another summer opportunity!
